Committed to the Napa Half Marathon so I thought I would try to get the legs moving again. Went to the track after a long warmup and did 3 x 1 mile. 5:41, 5:49, 5:47. Actually induced a dry heave after the last one. Kind of surprised the first one was so fast - legs aren't as stiff as I thought. It was very warm. Last couple of miles back home were miserable - legs so tired.
