Notes
Track time - first time in a year. Legs felt pretty good on the warmup - no hip issues. First few 800s felt really stiff and foreign. Felt pretty good the last few and most settled in the low 2:50s. Just after the track I was running back and hit a rock with my left foot and turned my ankle. Had to stop and walk it out. Ran a few more slow miles on it so I think it's going to be okay.
