Met Joe T. and the gang for a key workout. Supposedly if you do 24 miles 20% slower than your marathon goal pace you are on target. It was one of the warmest/most humid mornings out there so I was sure to keep it slow and take it easy. Strong finish but not necessarily fast. Did not fade though.
