Had time for a double-digit run with temps around 50 so decided to take advantage. Wanted to keep up a good effort, not quite hard tempo but not easy either - something like a long tempo. Most miles clicked off around 7:10 until the big hills at the end. Legs a little tired from yesterday but nothing significant. I've run 9 of the 10 days I've been out here - easy to do in this weather.
