Just wanted to start some quality workouts since CIM is 18 weeks away. Initially the plan was somewhere around 2 x 2 mile. The 2nd interval was more like 3 miles - was definitely working hard - especially uphill in that warm humidity. Legs felt ok - focused on turnover.
