Average warm long run this morning. Nothing special. Easy pace most of the run and then finished strong the last 3 going down into the low 7:00s. Lower left leg feeling fine so that is good.
Left watch running during some blister treatment so took off 0:50. Map also shows .25 more but left the distance alone.
