Notes
Another warm and humid morning. Met the crew (Joe/Matt/Alice/Robyn/Dyana) for 10 around the lake and did the rest over on the greenbelt and then finished back on the lake close to the cold water fountains at the zero. Pace was faster than last week. Felt stiff and was breathing hard the last couple of miles but overall ok. Little more confidence compared to last week (though it was a flatter course - but warmer). Little sleep in the last couple of days might be impacting as well.
