Wanted to go out and practice more MGP miles. 5 of these were right at 6:50. Heading out felt pretty good, thought maybe the legs were feeling somewhat fresh. Then I turned around and faced that warm south wind (96% humidity) and the final couple of miles took some effort. I hope it gets cooler some day.
