Finally no rain. A bit more hungover than I expected and didn't really plan to meet the group but was up in time so I hurried up to the lake to meet them. Most miles with Joe/Colin/Frank. Legs felt decent until mile 8 or so and then they just leveled out and became 'stiff' again. My left side seemed a bit worse than the right at the very end. Might take a step down week soon.
