Last standard long run before the next marathon in just over 2 weeks. Took to the hills for the first half, settled right in about MGP+60, then finished strong over the last 6 miles or so. Another juicy morning - 79 and almost 90% humidity. Looks like we will see temps in the 60s this weekend. Woo f'ing hoo.
