Busy weekend so had to get in one last 'time on my feet' run today - only 5 days after the last one. Legs never felt good - hips/hamstrings tight the entire time. Front blew through as well and there was a wind advisory the entire run - stiff north wind. I was pretty miserable at the end but got through it. Took a gu at mile 10 then mile 20. Heart rate real low - which it should be for that pace - so really it's just the late training cycle/heavy mileage legs that kept the pace so pedestrian (and sometimes the wind). 91 miles last 7 days.
