What a slog. 75 and 90% humidity out there. Ran the first 9 with Joe, then met the Ship for the rest. Consistently low 8:00s for most of it, then decided about mile 17 to give in to the fast finish. Felt terrible but thought I would feel worse during the marathon in 2 weeks so might as well get used to it. Last 7 miles sub 8:00, then low 7:00s down to sub 7:00 for the last couple. Glad that is over. Bring on some better temps.
