Notes
Met Colin & Thomas for a Thursday long run. Still warm but the humidity was a tad lower which was nice. I felt pretty good until mile 19 and then I ran out of gas (this was the point). But it seems like even when the wheels fall off, my pace doesn't crash like it used to so I don't feel all that bad.
Gu before, mile 7, and mile 15. Feel like I could have used one more towards the end.
