Friday long run due to Christmas w/ Ship. 6 solo miles up around campus then the rest with Cat, Katie, Heath, etc. None of it felt good - legs dead and stiff. 86 miles in the last 7 days so I expected it. At mile 17 I got tired of being tired and started to try to get down to race pace - actually felt better. Katie stuck with me and we both finished strong. Christmas tomorrow (day trip to Kerrville) then off to California next week. 3 weeks out.
