Notes
Met a couple of guys early but messed up the route and didn't get to meet the group at 7. Typical warm long run effort for most of the run but able to finish fast - 7:26, 6:55, 6:30 for the last 3 miles. Legs felt good. Going to try to get in some big miles next week.
