Joe T and I went up and did a few early miles then met the Ship for a 10 miler on the Austin Marathon route (they continued on for a 20). My legs felt great so I just kept dropping the pace throughout the run. I guess a 2 week recovery is about right - should have signed up for 3M. Would like to PR at the Austin Half Marathon in 3 weeks so I'll be adding in some quality workouts over the next couple of weeks.
