Notes
Got in late last night due to flight getting delays. Running on about 4 hours of sleep the last few nights but I was up about 5:30 so decided to go get as many miles in as I could. Originally planned for 20 but with travel and drinking and lack of sleep decided to save it for later. Wasn't the best run - light rain for parts of it - most miles with Joe. Legs feeling the hills from yesterday towards the end.
