Another perfect morning for running. Late night with Frank but was able to make it to the group at 7am. Ran these miles with Frank and Colin. Hip feeling pretty good though just a tad achy. Thought I would be stronger coming down Rio Grand but the legs were just tired so didn't go down too fast.
