5 x Downhills. Another crack of dawn workout so I can fit in the additional workouts post school duty. Went back to South Bay and did 5 x downhill push - all the way to the end.
First couple felt rusty but they got faster as I went on. 2:53 / 2:51 / 2:51 / 2:49 / 2:44
Seemed to work for Boston buildup last couple of years - will continue weekly.
