Notes

Initially thought I would 2 min fartleks but my watch didn't have the right time on the lap screen so I ended up with 3 x 1 mile. First one very sluggish but the last one felt pretty good going uphill. Had time for a 4th but the left hamstring/hip wasn't that happy with me so I thought this would be good enough for a first time/long time speed workout. Will keep doing these weekly eventually returning to the track.
