Little warmer. Went out to Avana to do some hill repeats. The glutes were extra stiff for some reason. I did almost trip yesterday and felt the left hamstring twinge a bit. Once I figured out the legs were not going to go down to a typical 800m pace I decided to do mile repeats. First one was slow - 6:35ish, but then finally loosened up and did 6:06, 6:06, and 5:50. the mile route had some uphill but net downhill by design. All in all okay but we are less then 2 weeks out so it's time to start letting these legs recover.
