Perfect morning - 40 and still. It was only Alice (grad student) and I that showed up this morning. Everyone else is tapering for this weekend. Easy effort, chatted the whole way. Legs felt decent. Almost cut it off at 10 but decided to get a couple of more in so I can really take it easy Fri & Sat before racing the Half on Sunday.
