3 mile warmup, 10 x 800, 2 mile cooldown. Always like to do a Yasso workout before each marathon to gauge my fitness. This one went well - about 10 sec faster per interval than it was before my last marathon PR almost 2 years ago. 2 slowest intervals were the first 2 at 3:07 and all the rest were right around 3:00. First 5 felt very easy and the last few weren't all that hard so I think I'm in good shape. Pretty nice morning with the temps in the 60s and the moon lighting the track.
