What do you get when you take a couple of days off from running? A new bike commute PR. Had lots of stored up energy. The left lower calf feels fine on the bike - only know it's there when I get out of the saddle. I am no longer a crash virgin - made about 3 bad decisions in a row and failed to maneuver an extra tall curb and came down - feet still in the clips. No major damage to the bike or myself.
