Notes
Felt terrible from the start this morning. I had a thousand excuses and just an overall bad attitude and it showed in my effort. Planned on 5 x 1600s, after the 3rd progressively slower interval I was ready to quit. Didn't think I was getting anything out of it. Got a little mad at myself, went out one more time, and clocked my fastest one of the morning. Then I took my toys and went home.

Slower compared to March but also a different timing methods. This morning was true 4 x 400 vs a Garmin mile in March (a little short). Also had the dry heaves after the last one, just like March.
After some time to think, it was probably a decent workout - it was upper 70s with 90% humidity and dew point of 74 - and a strong south wind. About as bad as it can get. Oh, and I was still tired from Labor Day weekend.
