Ran up to the track and did some mile repeats (6:06,5:56,5:42,5:35). Planned on 5 but after the 4th I was a bit nauseous so I decided to call it a day and head home. No use risking anything a few weeks out from a race. Guess I just pushed it a little too hard - feel fine now.
