Met the Ship up at Coach's house for a 10 miler and free breakfast. Downhill first half, then back up again. Legs felt recovered from Thursday so I wanted to run each mile faster than the previous. Started out in the mid 8:00s then worked our way through the 7:00s, then the last 3 uphill miles were 7:00, 6:40, and 6:30. Felt pretty good.
