overcast and somewhat cool - still a bit humid though
did 7 before the group and then the 10 on the trail turned into 11 out on Scenic - little hillier but ran it at a good pace since the fast group was there
last 1/2 sub 8:00 pace, with the last few at race pace - feeling good, legs not dead like before
