Cramping began in earnest at mile 18. Averaged 11 min/mile last 8 miles. Calves and hamstrings - just awful. Did not have a problem with them during training so it must be something I do during taper. the cramp buster shot blocks allowed me to get a couple of cramp free miles in (20/21) but ran out and nothing else helped.
