Up the hill to visit the National Cathedral in the predawn mist, running with a good fellow who is 8 days into his pilgrimage to a sub-2 half. The hill was big and the will was strong, but his journey is still at his start. I see good things if he can hold onto the effort and commitment! His longest recent run before today's 5er was 3. Excellent work. Another 2 for me after the loop. Just to make my log look pretty and all.
