Net time. Good effort despite the Monkey in my legs and the spiders in my chest. Second fastest on this course. I'll take it.
Looks like a nice progression to me. If you warmed up a little more maybe low 36"s or better.

I had warmed up and was fairly loose. The problem was threefold:
1. Monkey still in my legs
2. I am dealing with an asthma exacerbation
3. The course has a big hill on it and is fairly tough, especially in the first 1.6 miles as you climb up up up. Check the elevation profile.
All in all, I am happy with my time, second best on this course. The only time I've done better was when I was in much much better shape. Thanks!!

Thanks! I ran it better than I realized at the time. I'd love to try and race that one on fresh legs some time. Well-trained would not hurt either. BTW, good thing you skipped out on Monkey this year. It was WET.
