Notes

Wimped out and ran on the TM this morning. Despite running last night, felt pretty decent this morning. I am just not a night runner. Rethinking training and deciding that age really requires a much slower and longer build up than I had optimistically thought. So, thinking of just slowly moving from 45 to 50 with mostly much slower easy runs, one general aerobic run, and one longer run.
