Mega easy run. Finding that I have to take it super easy to avoid problems with numbness in the right leg and foot. Was able to pick it up a tiny bit the last two miles or so as things got warmed up. Will be trying to cut back to 5 days and 40 miles per week and pick up some x-training on the spin bike and elliptical to see if that will help with the knee. Got to get through the summer before going to Dr. again for possible surgery.
