Notes
Good run today. I was going to do 7 real easy but ended up going 9. Still didn't push it too hard but I ran into the wind 4 different times for a total of about 3.5 miles and that made the run much much harder. I could almost consider this a hill training day. The last two times running into the wind (miles 8 & 9) I felt like I was running in place. I got a great burn in my quads right now. So it was definitely a good run.
