ran with my cousin mike today. It was his first time since breaking his toe he hadn't ran in 3 months. We ran pretty slow but it was nice. In my 5 to 6 mile I had to stop and pee my increased heart rate wasn't from the joy of peeing but rather in my catching up with mike afterward. The last half mile we had two ladies running behind us and my ego kicked in, I just couldn't let them pass us so I stopped jogging and started running....The result 174 heart rate
