Notes

I took a few days off to rest my leg. In the beginning I thought it helped but after finishing I was getting some sharp pains running up the front of my leg from my knee to my hip. I took the hydration belt with me today. G2 in on and water in the other. I think I'm just gonna stick with the goo and water for my long runs.
