Notes

4 miles of tempo on the track. Not terrible, not even close. I've never loved running an indoor track this much. I don't know why, but this doesn't get old. ANYWAY! Me and Dricks led the first few, they were a bit slow, not sure why. They felt slow, but we kept a nice even pace for the whole workout so no bigs. Of course, woulda been nice if it was a nice, even, faster pace but hey, we'll get there. Then the others caught up, I created my own group, they sped up, and I think I kept pace with them, just a few meters back. Then the last one came up and I felt great, tucked in behind Albert, and he took me around the pack ahead. Overall, pretty good workout. Coulda been harder, I think, but I got the basics of the workout and I'm feeling a hell of a lot stronger for a 5k.
