Notes

I didn't put much target on this race as I was busy on work for the pass few weeks, many of the trainings is run lesser according to training plan.

The race start at 9am, is a perfect cold weather condition with sun & wind. I cross the first km distance marker with 6:00/km pace, but after that I start to speed up, manage to maintain between 5:20 - 5:30/km pace.

I am quite surprice to be able to maintain 5:30/km pace for the last 10km of the race, I feel very fresh. In between, I only consume 2 bananas, sport drink & water, without any power gel.

42.195km - 1:53:40 > 3:47:46

Now that I check back the net time, only realize I did a negative splits race. Start slow, end strong, is my second times did this for a full marathon.

Is an unexpected satisfied race, lets plan for the next one. ^_^
