I felt better today, whenever my tendons got tight, which wasnt too often, I just did some butt kicks and it went away.

I decided to do a 2 mile tempo since I want to drop my intensity and Im running a race on saturday. My breathing still isn't back to normal, but its better than it was. Even with all of that, 2 miles at 5:45 was pretty easy. I let up at around the mile, but I ran my last lap in 76.
