We went out mad fast, so I went right to the back to just get pulled along. I stayed in last for the first mile or so, which was 4:31. I then slowly moved up the pack over the next 600m. I started feeling really wiped, but all I had to do was run 70s, so I just worked for that. Didn't bring out a kick.
