Evan said he was doin a 8x200 workout with 200 jogging rest in between, so John and I headed out there with him to the "closed" track. Hit the phat workout with the man himself and cooled down back to Triangle with him too since he needed some extra mileage. So I got a bit of a rundown about this little thing called the Bicentennial. It peaked my interest, and I think I may just have to squeeze myself into this challenge.

Reps were 34, 35, 34, 33, 32, 32, 31, 30. Felt great out there. Watched my shadow to see my form, and I looked like an idiot tbh. Slow with a lot of arm movement. I think going easy on my legs in these recent runs has led me to not pick them up as high. We'll see if I can work on that in these future runs
