Woke up early, picked up Brian, and headed to Swallow to run with the Shepard bois. Got there and surprised Walker and the whole squad. Was a warm morning but not too hot. Ran mostly with Evan, James, and Bart. They were all in pretty good shape which is nice to see. Two juniors and a freshman. Funny that some of the leaders of the team will be there for years to come. Cool to see tho. Was wanting like 10 so I didn't have to double so much tonight, but felt kinda crappy since it was a morning run, so I just did 8 with everyone. Got to talk to Walker and get a feel for the upcoming season.
