Notes

12X400 with alternating hurdles. Took a nice custard like shit before the 400s which I thought was all the poop I had in me but I was wrong. After 8 reps I had to stop to have diarrhea and then had it again after the last 4 so that wasn't too much fun. Also had more of the shits after the cool down. Overall my legs felt good but my stomach was messed up. Mostly hit 72s except the first 2 with hurdles were 75, oops
