Last 6 hill Blackwell. Tempo started quick and was like 24:50, dropped a little bit off of General Nelson and Ethan but felt smooth and controlled. The hills were tough as always and especially today as I worked up to do the last 2 with Sebhat. Kept the fartlek smooth and was with E-man and the General. Felt great throughout and probably my best Blackwell yet.
