Notes
After the tempo I felt pretty shitty and needed to use my inhaler to get a little feeling back in my legs. I accidently overslept today in a nap and wasn't really able to eat lunch, so that and the humidity made me feel awful. On the first one I stopped in the last quarter to help beaver who had collapsed, probably would have been 4:57 with Crabs but I'm just putting 5:00. After that I just had to dig a little deeper to get through this one. Hardest park workout so far but got it done.
