Core A at work. Got home and did 35.2 mi on the bike (19 WU, 11 mi race, 5 mi CD). Got 6th in the race and did alright. Made the front group for the big climb and was with 4/5th on the downhills. Was little uphill they got away. Legs still felt tired. Then Legs#1 and GS#1 afterwards
