Solid tempo on Medium Modaff with Sven, Drendal, and Herrera. We started pretty easy going 6:25, 6:15, and 6:00 which helped to build into the workout better. After that we started running in the 5:30's and under. I felt really good throughout the entire workout and I haven't felt any quad pain at all today so that's a great step in the right direction.
