Went to this little forrest preserve after the expo to do a shake out pre pace. Zachdiz dropped us immediately but solid from there. We missed a ton so did most of this in a neighborhood. Totally blasted my ankle at 2.5 out and had to stop for a bit. Very painful on the way back. Going to ice, grab a brace at CVS, and pound the Advil before tomorrow
