Notes
Plan was to do 4xmile with 3:00 rest. I wanted to start right around 4:50 and progress down to 4:40 by the last one. After the first one I felt really good and made an effort to pick it up and got a little too anxious and dropped a 4:38. The second still didn't feel bad but I could feel that it took a good effort. On the third one I just focused on beating the feeling and making sure to be as fast or faster than the 2nd one. After that one I knew that I had gotten the work in and didn't want to push it with this being the week of conference. Solid workout
