Notes

Workout was supposed to be 8x1200, ended up 12x800. Little over 1/2 mile intervals but whatever. Mapped a route out and must have fat fingered something cause first rep was just over a 1/2 mile. Just rolled with it and still got the mileage in. Goal was to finish feeling like I could do 3 more and succeeded in that.
